LIGHTING DESIGN - SCOPE
Our designers who are all LIA qualified follow the latest industry guidelines to ensure your installation is carbon reducing, comfortable and most of all safe.
We perform most of our calculations using industry standard 3d calculation software such as Relux.
Control systems are a great way to further reduce our effect on the environment. Automatically switching off, or dimming fittings when not in use we can reduce the amount of energy lighting uses by up to 30%, daylight linking can save another 20%.
Our LIA qualified designers are experts in control systems such as Dali, 1-10v, DMX and wireless systems like Casambi.
Our team of experienced and LIA trained lighting designers can design and advise on the best emergency lighting solution possible and will ensure you meet the required British standards.
"We will ensure if the power fails safe exit can still be achieved".
We have many years of experience working with planning departments, historic groups & local authorities to ensure our lighting is considerate to wildlife, local residents, road users etc.
We can create environmental impact reports showing detailed calculations such as
Obtrusive light, glare & sky glow.
Good lighting design should always be designed first and foremost around the user . It has been proven that a good lighting scheme will improve wellbeing, reduce sickness and increase productivity.
We must also consider the environment when creating our lighting designs therefore we use fixtures that have the highest efficacies therefore reducing carbon emissions and running costs.
